1.This event is a spontaneous outdoor sports group, we follow the environmental protection, self-help, thrifty, friendly way of travel. This statement should be read carefully, regardless of the size and length of the event.

2.All participants are deemed to have full capacity for civil conduct, must be at least 18 years old (minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian driving full capacity of civil conduct on behalf of minors), have legal identification, good physical health, and no physical conditions listed in this statement that are not suitable for outdoor activities, including but not limited to (1) patients with infectious diseases such as infectious hepatitis, active pulmonary nodules, etc; (2) Patients with cardiovascular diseases, such as congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, severe hypertension, myocarditis, heart failure, etc; (3) Patients with cerebrovascular diseases, such as cerebral embolism, cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumors, etc; (4) Patients with respiratory system diseases, such as emphysema, pulmonary heart disease, etc; (5) Psychiatric patients, such as epilepsy and various psychiatric patients; (6) Severe anemia patients; (7) Recovery period patients undergoing large and medium-sized surgeries; (8) Pregnant women and individuals with limited mobility; (9) Other patients with illnesses that are not suitable for outdoor activities and meet the organizer's other eligibility requirements for event participants.
活动参加人确保年满18岁（未成年人须有法定监护人陪同参加并在本声明签字确认）、具有合法身份证明、身体健康，不存在本声明所列之不适合参加户外活动的身体状况，包括但不限于（1）传染性疾病患者，如传染性肝炎、活动期肺结等传染病人；（2）心血管疾病患者，如先天性心脏病、风湿性心脏病、严重高血压、心肌炎、心功能不全等病人；（3）脑血管疾病患者，如脑栓塞、脑出血、脑肿瘤等病人；（4）呼吸系统疾病患者，如肺气肿、肺心病等病人；（5）精神病患者，如癫痫及各种精神病患者；（6）严重贫血病患者；（7）大中型手术的恢复期病患者；（8）孕妇及行动不便者；（9）其他不适合户外运动的疾病患者，并且符合主办方关于活动参加者的其他资格要求。
3.This event is self-help. Following the principle of "self-help, mutual assistance, environmental protection", participants must be responsible for their own safety. 4.When unpredictable factors such as unexpected accidents, sudden climate changes and acute diseases cause physical damage, the sponsors and group members of the event are obliged to do their utmost to help. However, if irreversible damage is caused, the other members of the group will not bear any responsibility.

9.If you are late to the meeting point, we are sorry but we won't wait for you, because this is a collective event. So no refund in this case.

10.The organizer of the event shall not be responsible for the following unpredictable factors or changes caused by force majeure:

A. Due to weather and other force majeure factors: temporary closure of the scenic spot, suspension of sightseeing vehicles and other scenic areas;

I have read and understood the above statement as well as all the terms and conditions. I understand the risks associated with participating in this outdoor activity and agree to take full responsibility for my choice and participation in this outdoor activity. For any and all legal requirements (including those of third parties) and damages of any form and nature, whether due to negligence of a party or otherwise, I will forever exempt the organizer, participants, and any third-party outdoor sports website or organizations from compensation and legal liability.
